Discover the fun in Science

Join us at our schoolhouse in downtown Lafayette for our annual Science Day of Discovery! Make a volcano explode, shoot a rocket, make flubber, dig for dinosaur bones, play with magnets and circuits, and pet an animal!

These are just a few of the many hands-on science and nature activities at Lafayette Nursery School's 49th annual Science Day. 

​Designed for children preschool age through third grade, with some activities for parents, too! It’s a fantastic event that benefits the local community. Enjoy refreshments at the Creepy Crawler Cafe.
